Well it’s Friday and my human made it through her first week of the new quarter. She is working tomorrow so I will get lots of nap time until she comes home and then lap time commences.
There are people across the way who have been shooting off fireworks every night. This does not help my mommy sleep at all. Still have to make it through the actual holiday. The noise scares me and annoys her.

Glad yous mommy made it fwu da furst week. Only…well she’ll make it. And weez got da fireworks here too. Weez not like ’em at all. Have a gweat weekend.

I hate fireworks! Imagine how noisy it will be there on the 4th if your neighbors are already playing with them! EEEEK!

Your mom will do well. Nobody likes those dang firecrackers. They are not shooting them off here…yet. Our Canada Day is July the first so they will be out in force on Wednesday.
