Dad’s Day

Next Sunday is Father’s Day.  For those of you who still have fathers it is a nice way to say Thanks to your dad for all he has done.  For my human it is the reminder that her father is no longer alive.  He died June 19th, 1991 from colon cancer.

Each year as this day approaches she gets a little melancholy.  She tries to remember all the good times and not remember the sadness and missing his presence.

Hugs and purrs, Ali

I lost my Dad in 1992 and still celebrate Father’s Day in his honor every year. I miss him every day and always will…….

    Hugs, Pam (and Sam)

I am sorry your Mom’s Dad is no longer with her. My Dad passed away June 15, 2001 so I know how your Mom feels.
