Here we are in the last week of September and it’s 90 degrees here. That is not fall weather. According to the local weather fall temps may actually arrive later this week. I sure hope so. It’s been so hot and humid that the human has lots more aches and pains due to the heat, humidity and her physical work demands.
Any ideas to help lower back pain? Please let us know, hugs and purrs, Ali

We are also on our fifth day of 90 degrees. The trees are losing their leaves because of the dryness ! Hope we get true fall weather and it carries over !

It’s hot as heck here too – we are SOOOO over Summer and ready for Fall. My Mom has low back pain – She takes Advil for it but has found walking helps – plus she lost a little weight (sorry MOM!) and that helped too!!
