My human is very mad at me for waking her up every day at 5:00 a.m. even if she doesn’t have to get up early. I also tend to throw up a lot and she gets tired of cleaning up the messes. I do meow pitifully all hours of the day and it is driving her crazy.
She has a birthday on Tuesday and I think she is grumpy about that. She also has neck and shoulder pain that never really goes away because of the arthritis in her spine. Because of all of that she yells at me, flicks water at me and wants me to be quiet and not throw up so much. Today I almost threw up on her primary computer, that would have been really bad had I ruined it.

Oh my!! Things are tough in Aliville for sure. It sounds like you need a trip to the vet to see why you throw up so much or maybe your food is not what is needed for the senior in you. Waking one early happens here too. When the sun gets up so does TYebe and with some pushing on her part Shoko is up too and they wake me up to complete the trio. The sun isn’t up till after 5am so I can sleep a wee bit longer. The joys of winter will be when the sun comes up at 8am or later.

Oh Ali I’m sorry you’re not well……I’m sure you’re not trying to make your human mad but I guess whens he’s not feeling good, it makes her a little grumpy. I hope you are OK though – at your age (sorry about that!) you can begin to have a few problems with your health. Being a senior isn’t easy (that’s what Angel Sammy used to say anyway!). Sending you a hug and some POTP. Hope you are OK.

Oh Ali -sending purrayers & POTP for you and your HuMom.. The Canadian Cats’ suggestion about a vet check might be a good idea (although probably neither of you wants it !) Older kitties sometimes get more vocal. Maybe something to calm you a bit, like Rescue Remedy (which isn’t expensive) would help.

Sorry fur your troubles Ali. When humans don’t feel well, they do tend to get grumpy. Altho’ your mommy shouldn’t yell at you, We’re sure she knows it’s not your fault that she’s furustrated. As sis Lexi got older, she used to throw up more and more. She also got more hairballs tha usual. Maybe that’s your problem too. ‘Course, we also know that when our mommy’s are stressed, so are we and sometimes it makes us physically sick and throw up is just pawrt of that. We’re sendin’ hugs and purrayers.

Ali we know you are not annoying your human on purpose. Scout Foxy was throwing up a lot and she was a very very sick girl and we did not know this foe a while. If she can manage it your human should take you to your vet for a check up. There are many things that could be causing your behavior.
We can understand your mom being frustrated and having a Birthday coming we are sure has added more stress to her routine.

Trust me your mommy isn’t mad at you. She loves you very much. She may want to sleep in some that’s all. So here’s what you do. Jump up in bed with your mommy and cuddle with her but don’t wake her up. You can sleep above her head if you want. Let us know how it goes.
