My human got her Facebook page back up this morning. About 6:00 p.m. tonight the troubles started again. Now she can’t deactivate her account because she can’t change her password long enough to get back in. She is shaking, angry, mad, sad and scared. Why does this keep happening? Does anyone have answers?

Gosh Ali, we’ve never had any Facebook problems but others who have say that Facebook SHOULD be able to help you. Maybe time to contact them and tell them to figure out how to protect your Mom’s account – they keep saying they CAN help so it’s time they DID!! 🙂

She tried to contact Facebook but is locked out of her account for trying too many times to recover. In a last ditch effort to delete account she looked up Mr. Zuckerberg’s e-mail and sent him a message detailing what is happening. In the meantime she is not sleeping well and her stomach is all tied up in knots.

Gosh I hope she can get this straightened out ASAP ! My email has been screwed up too. Maybe just call a computer shop nearby or even someplace like Staples or Best Buy for help !

What does Facebook say the issue is. Has your human contacted the people at Facebook? I knew there was a reason I didn’t get Facebook.
