The HuMom is hurting bad

The huMom has to work mandatory overtime this week and it is causing her a lot of pain in her knees and lower back. She is wearing knee braces and taking as much ibuprofen that she can in order to keep working, but it is really taking a toll. Tomorrow she is going to talk to her supervisor and if she has to take an occurance so be it. The only upside is that on Friday there will be pizza for lunch.
She just wants to cry because the supervisor doesn’t care about her health at all. When she hurts and is angry, hungry and frustrated she starts to use curse words and tears up, which is totally not normal.
Today is the 28th anniversary of her father’s death which only adds to her emotional state.

Father’s Day

Wishing a happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. This only reminds me of the father I have lost. It’s been 28 years since he passed away.
On the upside, more of my needle art will be shown at church sometime soon. I’m just not sure when. And this time the art will be for sale and it will be mentioned. I will post pics when I have them.

Today my computer is giving me safety messages for both BittyPals and Cat Scouts. I don’t like that this is happening and I am worried.

Today we had a severe thunderstorm including straight line winds. There are trees down all over and several power outages.
Power was off here around 3:30 p.m. but was back on before the huMom got home. I was still very scared. There are lots of trees down along the street were we live and one even fell on a house. Gosh, I hope nobody got hurt.
Check WLFI here in Lafayette, IN for more information. I am sure it will be on the news tonight and tomorrow.
Thankfully, the huMom made it home safe on the bus and she was really worried about me. She even gave me hugs and treats.
