Mommy saw the doctor yesterday and she has edema and petechial rash in her legs. This could be a side effect of her medications and/or too much salt in her diet. The doctor wants blood work to check her liver, anemia and platlettes. She is being put on a water pill. She could use compression socks to help but they are hard to find around here.
The best things she can do is rest, drink lots of water and take vitamins. So pray for her, she is feeling depressed and worried.
Hugs and purrs, Bunty

Sorry about your Mom’s health issues Bunty. My Mom has to wear compression socks – she ordered hers from Amazon some years ago. They sure help. It’s never fun to get bad health news but fortunately these days there’s a whole lot that can be done for almost ANY health condition. Give her lots of hugs – you are her “support cat” !!
Hugs, Teddy

We are so sorry to hear about your Mommy. Hope she gets better really soon.
Ever consider what they call diabetic socks. They’re similar to compression socks. If you can’t get them at medical stores try catalogs I know they’re in catalogs here.

We are sending purrayers and Power of the Paw to you and your Mommy – you are a great comfort to her, for sure. The previous comments have some good thoughts.
