There are people in the neighborhood who keep shooting off fireworks nightly. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. They start as early as 8:30 p.m. and go until 11:00 p.m. The last couple of nights there have been mortars shot off, 3 each night, starting at 10:00 p.m. I go under the bed and won’t come out until it quiets down. Mommy is annoyed and has trouble sleeping. Of course, the 4th they can go until Midnight. Hopefully mommy will have a short day at work the next day because she probably won’t get much sleep.
The only good thing about the 4th of July is that it is MY BIRTHDAY!

You have very rude neighbors! My Dad would probably call the police if it’s a nightly thing – it definitely is “disturbing the peace” !!! Hope it stops soon but with the 4th coming – probably it won’t. Hang in there!
