Happy New Year

Mommy and I are wishing everyone a very Happy New Year!

Day after Christmas

It’s the day after Christmas. Yesterday was very chill and relaxing. Today will be more of the same. Mommy and I are just hanging out and having good nap and cuddle time.

Cat Scout Jambrree

This week we had our Jamboree. It was cold so we called it Jambrree. I had so much fun. We did craft projects, earned merit badges, hunted for Bigfoot and played beach bingo. While I didn’t win any prizes, I won the best thing of all, friendship with my fellow scouts.

My Paw Print Ornament

In Cat Scouts we did a craft of making a paw print ornament. Mommy got a no bake kit to make it easier. I did make a bit of a fuss when she picked me up, put a little water on my paw and then firmly but gently pressed my paw into the ornament form. After it dried ,she put a little glitter color on it.

I have petite paws.

Holiday Greetings

Wishing one and all a very happy holiday season.

I am giving thanks for my mommy and forever home and my cat scout friends.

Brr, cold, wet, snowy

It is cold here. We have rain and even snow yesterday. This kind of weather makes mommy’s sinuses go all crazy so she is miserable. Sneezing, coughing, blowing her nose a lot. She slept a lot yesterday and I snuggled with her and that made her feel better.

My craft project

For Cat Scouts our craft project was to make a turkey out of pine cones, feathers and googly eyes. Well, no usable pine cones here so mommy used a fabric pumpkin, toilet paper roll and the supplies sent to her. I helped a bunch, maybe a little too much. What mommy wanted it to look like and what it does look like are quite different.

Happy Halloween

Sunday is Halloween so please be careful out there.

Mommy has health issues

Mommy saw the doctor yesterday and she has edema and petechial rash in her legs. This could be a side effect of her medications and/or too much salt in her diet. The doctor wants blood work to check her liver, anemia and platlettes. She is being put on a water pill. She could use compression socks to help but they are hard to find around here.

The best things she can do is rest, drink lots of water and take vitamins. So pray for her, she is feeling depressed and worried.

Hugs and purrs, Bunty
